Lucy provided coordination on the day of our DIY wedding and it gave us great peace of mind that everything would go to plan. Before the wedding she helped us think through the timings and practicalities of all the elements. On the day, she was organized and was there to support all the service providers we hired as well as our guests. Our venue was Rock Village Hall - Lucy was very familiar with this venue and that was a big help.

Lucy and her team were absolutely brilliant from the beginning. She was so helpful on the initial call, helping to talk through any ideas, was really organised with all the rental items and decor (had a barn wedding so had to start from scratch) and brought so much knowledge to all the planning stages. When her team came day before to set-up it was so organised and they made the day feel so calm. Lucy liaised with other vendors as well which helped. On the day she stayed for most if not all of the day, directing other vendors and keeping an eye on the timing, she even helped to pour champagne. Oak and Opal team were absolutely brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone, the day would not have been so great without their help and Lucy’s expertise and creative input. They went above and beyond. Thank you to the whole team!

Lucy and her team did the venue styling for our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with how it turned out! Lucy and our florist worked so incredibly well together to make our fantastic venue look even more special! With Lucy helping to sort everything on the day allowed my partner and I to really enjoy the day and to get ready in the morning very relaxed. We first met Lucy at a wedding fair and quickly hired her to do the table settings at our marquee wedding. After some thought we decided to have Lucy as our on the day coordinator. And boy are we glad we did!! From start to finish Lucy has been a godsend. She took all the stress out of the day and nothing was too much trouble for her. We hired Lucy to act as our venue stylist and wedding co-ordinator for our wedding a few weeks ago, bringing her in to ensure things ran smoothly on the day and also to style & decorate the venue. We had picked quite a modern, industrial (very cool!) city venue which was a bit of a blank canvas, so I was keen to ensure it was made to look just a little softer but without removing the character. Lucy and her team completely understood the vision and created a wonderful look for our venue which was summery, fun and stylish. It achieved the slightly softer look I had requested without trying to make the venue into something it wasn't. Lucy also co-ordinated our day without me even noticing her for most of it, and navigated various issues and questions raised by family members throughout the day in a professional manner. We received so many comments on how good the place looked and our guests took tons of photos of the tables etc which looked lovely. Lucy was also supportive before the wedding, answering my random questions as needed! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lucy and are really grateful she could be a part of our day.

Lucy could not have been any better: she co-ordinated our wedding perfectly. When things didn’t quite go to plan, Lucy resolved them with ease, so much so that we were unaware there were issues! We hired Lucy’s services for on the day coordination and she was fantastic!! Giving help around the final set up of a home wedding. From the moment we enquired we knew we were onto a winner! Lucy was full of ideas, great attention to detail and that was before we got to the big day. On the day she was a DREAM!! Putting all of us at ease, managing an at home wedding with a tight site and niggles in a number of elements that she just made right in an instant and took control to deliver our perfect day! Her kind, warm nature complimented her attention to detail and professionalism leaving my wife and I feeling relaxed and special. Everything Lucy did was perfect and we would be lost without her!
